now, we are seeking a **Senior Manager,Talent Acquisition** based at Western Union's global headquarters in
Englewood, Colorado.

this role, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a flexible, dynamic,
first-class team of sourcers and recruiters to effectively handle and influence
WU's ever-changing demand for talent acquisition across North America.

addition, the role will also be responsible for the following:

+ Create, implement, and lead the North American regionalrecruitment program strategy.

+ Train team to partner with business leaders and provideconsultative

+ Talent Acquisition advice that meets strategic and financialobjectives for hiring needs.

+ Oversee the screening, interviewing, and recommendations forprospective employees for employment in high/low-volume positions based onqualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility.

+ Create and maintain a constructive relationship with RPO partnerto ensure consistency, efficient problem solving, and the correct deployment ofresources to the business.

+ Lead the relationship with sourcing firms or other placementagencies to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool.

+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting issues andtrends, labor laws, and legislative initiatives that have short- and long-termimplications on the profitability of the business.

+ Ensure progressive diversity and inclusion within therecruitment and selection process; ensure adherence to WU regulatory reportingand practices.

+ Partner to improve hiring operations including streamliningprocesses, tool evaluation and selection, and employment branding.


+ Minimum5 years of progressive recruiting experience.

+ Minimum3 years of experience successfully managing small local and virtual teams.

+ Demonstratedrecruiting and hiring process expertise.

+ Historyof strong negotiation, consulting, and communication skills.

+ Businessacumen and market insight.

+ Ableto take a strong leadership role in implementing policies and procedures tosupport organizational objectives and business success.

+ Provenability to build and nurture internal and external partnerships to supportefficient Talent Acquisition activities.


+ Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Taleo, digitalinterviewing platforms, reference checking software, and sourcing platforms.

+ Experience developing and maintaining recruiting relatedperformance goals such as manager and candidate satisfaction, recruitingservice level agreements, and budget targets

+ Vendor management experience
