Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Clerk - Keystone Conference Cente

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for basic ordering, processing and record-keeping tasks, including receiving, unpacking, and examining goods shipped, and verifying completeness of order against records.



**Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**




+ Stores goods in appropriate areas; fills orders as requested; maintains related records. Uses hand trucks, carts, dollies, or similar equipment to move goods and fill orders.

+ Performs all tasks of entry level position. In addition, loads, unloads, moves, and stores supplies and goods on pallets, trays, and shelves.

+ Uses power equipment and forklifts to move goods and fill orders.

+ Must perform all entry and intermediate level tasks, responsible for more advanced warehouse tasks, such as overseeing the overall organization/coordination of goods throughout the resort.

+ May provide training and work direction to more junior staff. Highly skilled and knowledgeable about all aspects of warehouse operations, typically requiring extensive experience, background, and/or training.

+ Responsible for lead function within warehouse team. Provides day-to-day work direction to team members; organizes and delegates daily workload.

+ Enforces policies, procedures and safety guidelines.

+ Provides training and guidance to staff.

+ Performs all tasks for which work group is responsible at the highest level of expertise.



**Qualifications:**




+ Excellent guest service skills to interact with guests and communicate with management over a public radio

+ Must be able to get information and act on it immediately

+ Must have a strong work ethic

+ Be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights and depending on business, weekends and holidays -requierd

+ Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time of up to four hours -required

+ Candidates must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing- required

+ A valid driver's license with an acceptable record -required

+ MS Office computer skills -required

+ Must have one year of experience in a supervisory position along with one year guest service experience -required

+ Ability to communicate in Spanish is a bonus
