Right now, we are
seeking a **Sr IT Project Manager** based at our Global Headquarters
in Englewood, Colorado. In this role you will assist Corporate Information
Security and End User Computing teams in technical project management and
organizational change management leading to the effective implementation and
adoption of new technology initiatives.

+ Create and maintain project plans. Conduct status meetings withproject teams and manage the overall work on the project team.

+ Provide reporting on the progress of the project.

+ Identify roadblocks, risk, issues and work to mitigate them

+ Identify high-level impacts to address people, culture,technology and process changes related to the project.

+ Conduct stakeholder assessments and develop comprehensive changeplans, approaches and materials to ensure stakeholders are engaged andcommitted to the change.

+ Develop and implement change management strategies and solutionsto ensure the successful implementation and sustained adoption of CorporateInformation Security and End User Computing initiatives.

+ Work with key stakeholders to identify and anticipate potentialareas of resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies to reduceresistance and foster a positive acceptance of change.

+ Monitor adoption of initiatives and implement strategies toincrease adoption as needed.

+ Develop communications that support the changes and work closelywith Corporate Communications and other internal partners to ensurecommunications are distributed in a timely and effective manner with theappropriate levels of review and input.

+ Create communications and training documentation to educate theCorporate Information Security team, End User Computing and WesternUnion on changes that are being made.

+ Train others on organizational change management methodologies andhow to use them in technology implementation


**What you'llneed to succeed:**


+ Bachelor's degree required

+ Minimum 10 years in an information technology role, 2 years in aninformation security role

+ Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing,prioritization, decision making and conflict resolution skills

+ Excellent communication (both oral and written).

+ Enthusiastic proactive go-getter willing to work with diverseteams and stakeholders

+ Experience interfacing with various partners and internal groups

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Team player with strong collaborative qualities and a positivedemeanor

+ Substantive understanding of Information Security processes andstandards

+ Experience in Project Management, required. PMP Certification, required.

+ Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), required. ProSciChange Management Certification preferred
