Right now, we are seeking a **Senior Analyst Corporate Compensation** at our Global Headquarters office in Englewood, CO.

In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with the Corporate Compensation Manager and providing support for program design, development and maintenance. This position will assist in compensation analytics, plan/program modeling, scorecard/dashboard metrics and maintenance, compensation system development support and analytics for the annual compensation, bonus and equity planning processes, and ongoing data analysis as necessary.

Supports global total rewards programs, policies, procedures, practices, communications, training and reporting of key metrics

Supports project implementations related to global total rewards programs

Plays a key role in the annual compensation, bonus and equity planning processes working closely with global and regional colleagues

Researches, analyzes, and compiles various compensation reports on an ongoing and ad hoc basis

Assists in the development of compensation programs including variable pay, and long-term incentives programs

Assists the Center of Excellence with development and/or updates to the compensation and classification systems including pay structures, geographic differentials, and benchmarking

Develops and documents procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

May create and deliver education and training related to total rewards programs to ensure they are being utilized effectively by managers and employees globally

Provides information to Regional Compensation and HR Business Partners related to analysis in compensation, market competitiveness, internal equity, pay differentiation standards, etc.

Supports the design/development of new reward programs globally, as well as compensation related activity to new products, channels and other special needs to ensure we are attracting, motivating and retaining key talent to grow the business

Contributes to and may compile various compensation program dashboards on an ongoing and ad hoc basis for use by Global Compensation, HR Business Partners and Management

May assist with the modeling of various annual incentive scenarios based on monthly and quarterly financial reporting to forecast performance and payout distribution opportunities

May assist in the design, development and implementation and on-going support of total rewards programs to drive pay for performance differentiation

**What will make you stand out:**

Bachelor's in business administration or Human Resources, 4-6 years' experience, or equivalent.

Working and practical knowledge in a wide variety of compensation methods, theory, practices, and techniques

3-5 years of experience in similar role as Compensation Analyst - preferably within the Financial Services Industry

CCP and global compensation experience preferred


Working knowledge of statistical methods, data analysis and presentation, and creative problem solving preferred o Solid experience with market-pricing methodologies on a global scale

Strong compensation knowledge including compliance with the applicable laws, knowledge of HR systems, and experience with deferred compensation and incentive programs

Solid PC skills including knowledge of MS Office 365 (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), exposure to HRIS, prior experience in Workday desirable

Ability to work independently under general supervision

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

Strong ability to multitask and manage a fluctuating workload

Ability to work in a diverse team and/or virtual office work environment

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion

Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Strong attention to detail and outstanding follow-through skills
