**We're seeking a** **Product Supervisor Test Lead, UAT** **, in our Englewood, Colorado office (global headquarters)** . In this role, you will belead and supervise the testing team and deliver strategic initiatives of the Account Payout Network.


In addition, this role will be responsibleensuring service quality and support objectives consistent with strategic goals and standards. You will work cross-functionally to enhance service quality, ensure compliance with operating standards, and provide training to optimize service delivery and business growth.

Key Responsibilities will include:


Lead UAT team and interface with product and business leads for project delivery


Represent UAT team with PMO and Technology Teams to ensure UAT participation and contribution in key initiatives


Oversee standard process and procedure for UAT Plan, high-level UAT scenarios, and test case completion and documentation


Ensure / Provide the necessary support for effective UAT-QA-DEV collaboration


Participate in BRD creation process and ensure acceptance criteria is documented


Ensure test data setup for UAT and to allow for Sanity Testing in UAT environment


Enforce & participate in QA-UAT handoff by validating the entry/exit criteria for UAT


Lead team in UAT Test Cases execution and standardized procedures supporting issue log and defect tracking


Participate in Defect Triage calls


Communicate and interface with Business on UAT timeline and share UAT Test Results


Facilitate and document business sign-off and validation of acceptance criteria


Status Reporting- Report UAT Progress and key UAT metrics to all required stakeholders


Log and track the hours of effort in WUPPM


Post-Implementation support


Conduct Root Cause Analysis for defects slipped into production in collaboration with QA


Attend/Conduct cross-functional training across the team


**What you will need to succeed:**


Bachelor's Degree in IT related field a plus and/or 4+ years of related experience


Proven competence in team leadership in IT / UAT


Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability


Competent in providing constructive feedback


Fluent spoken and written English is a must


Ability to work in a team and independently


Customer oriented mindset


Able to maintain focus and effectively prioritize tasks while dealing with multiple projects.
