Right now, we are
seeking an **Information Security Engineer** based at our Global Headquarters
in Englewood, Colorado.

We are
looking for a driven and self-motivated candidate who wants to be part of a
culture of security innovation and creativity.

In this
role, you will build, implement and tune network security infrastructure;
analyze security threats and vulnerabilities; and handle cyber security

+ Perform Risk assessments for applications andunderlying systems and recommend security requirements based on upstreamBusiness requirements

+ Provide security consulting to product teamsfrom ideation to deployment, identifying security flaws and suggestremediation.

+ Consult with business units on new product andfeature offerings, suggesting preferred implementation patterns and identifyingareas of security risk for scrutiny

+ Be a champion for security to the businessunits; train and instill core security values in engineers including exercisingrisk-based judgments and prioritizing remediation work

+ Enable teams to take ownership of the securityof their applications and services in production.

+ Focused on working with application project anddevelopment teams to see security controls and industry best practicesintegrated into project life-cycles in alignment with the security strategy.

+ Work with engineering teams to implement strongsecurity controls for servers, clients, and network devices

+ Review and contribute to system architecturethroughout the development lifecycle, identify and mitigate security risks

+ Conduct security assessments and scans toidentify vulnerabilities, recommend and prioritize remediation actions

**What you will need tosucceed:**

+ Well-rounded background in host, network andapplication security

+ Skilled at identifying security gaps ininfrastructure and processes; effectively execute projects/initiatives toaddress them

+ Practical implementation knowledge to advise ITdevelopment and implementation teams on how to fix potential vulnerabilitiesand advise on secure design.

+ Understanding of secure coding techniques andable to partner with Development teams

+ Extensive knowledge of Internet security issuesand threat landscape

+ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks andprojects in a dynamic environment

+ Effective written and oral communication withmultiple levels of leadership involving both business and technical sides ofthe business

+ Able to translate vulnerabilities and gaps intobusiness risks

+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills

+ Strong team player
