**We'reseeking a Director of Finance, based in our Englewood, Colorado office (globalheadquarters)** .In
this role, you will beresponsible for all components of the ~$500M
complex Technology expense base, including capital expenditures, which is
comprised of GMT (including Digital) and Payments. The Director of Finance will alsoown the annual Technology financial plan and the associated budgeting,
forecasting and R&O processes; key contributor to the strategic planning
process, including the long-range financial forecast and analysis of long-term

+ Manage ongoing reporting cycle to ensure routine dissemination ofbusiness performance and discussion of results with Technology management,including tracking and reporting the financial performance of key projectsPartners with Technology leaders to support key business decisions; defineclear leading indicator drivers of financial outcomes

+ Support efforts to reduce operating costs; accountable for drivingproductivity efforts and maintaining the workforce plans

+ Align to shifting Technology business priorities (e.g. new businessefforts, org. changes, zero-based budgeting, product/channel cost attribution,etc.)

+ Codify know-how and ways of working, ensuring consistency andaccountability in adherence to defined policies and practices, reducingexceptions and variation

+ Focus on continuous end-to-end process improvement for FP&A team andTechnology

**What you will needto succeed:**

+ 10+ years of FP&A experience, with progressive responsibilities& senior level management

+ Experience in multi-national organizations, educational background infinance or accounting

+ Strong competency in leadership and process and strong financial(understanding links with other CFO functions) and business acumen

+ Understand the company's value delivery chain with the customer in mindand be able to build efficiency and effectiveness across the organization

+ Proven ability to take a strong leadership role in implementing policiesand procedures to support organizational objectives and business success

+ Must be able to have transparent and productive relationships with peersand collaborate successfully across the organization

+ 5+ years of experience supporting Technology in a FP&A or accountingrole, a plus
